This film was based on a given script, which I, as a production designer and editor, was tasked with interpreting. After careful consideration, I chose the primary color palette of red and black, which I made sure to maintain throughout the production process. Shooting in the studio was a practical decision to ensure the colors remained consistent. Additionally, I advised the actress to wear black clothing and a red manicure to complement the color scheme.
As the editor of the film, selecting the background music was a significant aspect of the post-production process. Although the music was slightly punkish in comparison to the film's dark theme and cold color correction, I believed it effectively conveyed the humorous yet intense dynamic between the two characters.
One fun fact to note is that the tablecloth featured in the film is, in fact, my Halloween costume!
